The Premier League Primary Stars have a set of mixed English/Maths/Language activities for KS1 and KS2 - complete with answer sheets, so you can check if you're correct.
The Science curriculum directs teachers to help children observe their local environment over the year. Plazoom has created a cross-curricular home learning pack that helps you observe the weather. You might try this over the Easter period. There are online and offline activities - some packs are free, others you can pay for. Suitable for all years.
